You can try the Pacific Dining Car or Jar for something elegant or the Tam O’Shanter which sounds like it fits the bill of what you are looking for. It sounds so cool I wish I was spending Christmas there.

If it is cozy and it is open, it won’t be cozy on Christmas day. I would try an upscale restaurant so families with noisy kids will go elsewhere. I think Lawry’s The Prime Rib will be open Christmas this year, call to find out.
