The Robert Levine Health Care has a clinic for teens in Venice that would also serve those needs, and there are adolescent clinics at Santa Monica High & Culver High as well. I’m linking all the info below.
I go to the UCLA Health Center on 16th Street in Santa Monica for my travel immunizations, and they have excellent nurses who are very caring and patient with needle-phobic freaks like me, and I know that they also provide the services you are seeking.
I know you are only searching for a clinic, but if you would like a recommendation for a primary care doctor as well you can email me. The one I go to is in Beverly Hills, but it’s easy to get there from SM, and she is really awesome.
