A few details about the business aspects of our practice may be helpful. We run a cash practice, which means that you will pay us at the time services are rendered and we will provide you with a Superbill, the paperwork with the codes that your insurance company will need to reimburse you.

During your initial visit, we will spend approximately an hour and a half with you. During follow-up visits, we will spend about half an hour with you. As of March 2009, Dr Blumenthal’s fees are $365 for the initial visit and $125 for follow-ups. Dr. Herbert’s fees are $285 for initial and $90 for follow-up visits. If laboratory tests or supplements are necessary, they are in addition to the office fees.
