As you might expect in the entertainment capital of the world, there are plenty of fun family activities in Los Angeles.  Whether it is touring old movie studios or visiting Universal Studio’s theme park, LA has something for everyone, and every age.  Below are the ten best family activities in Los Angeles:

1. Universal Studios Hollywood

Known as the Entertainment Capital of L.A., Universal Studio is a entertainment experience that is fun for the whole family. In the theme park you will enjoy rides like the new Simpson’s Ride, the Revenge of the Mummy thrill coaster and the Jurassic Park 80 foot raft plunge among many more. Universal Studio’s  also offers Studio Tours, and a Citywalk that is compete with cinemas and concerts.

This theme park is pack with rides, entertainment, food and fun! The rides vary from monster coasters, to  family rides that mom and dad can go on with their little ones. This museum is fresh and clean and full of fun and crazy facts like the world’s largest apple and records set in eating, sports, entertainment and so many more. They have touch-screen computers set up that allow you to select which record you and your family wish to read more about.

9. Grauman’s Chinese Theatre

Located along the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theatre was opened in 1927. It has since been home to many premieres and three Academy Awards ceremonies. And don’t forget the concrete blocks in the front which bear the signatures, footprints, and handprints of popular motion picture personalities from the 1920s to the present day.
